Start with strategy when your target audience, positioning, priorities or measurement framework are unclear. Individual campaigns are more appropriate when these foundations already exist. GrowSaaS can help identify the gaps and define a practical starting scope.

Channel selection starts with your target buyers, business objectives, market and available budget. GrowSaaS uses these inputs to define a coordinated marketing plan. The aim is to select channels that support your customer journey rather than spread resources across every available platform.

3. Pricing, Budgets & Scope

GrowSaaS offers service-specific packages, one-time projects and flexible monthly time packages. Flexible time packages start at €2,600 per month and provide an agreed amount of agency capacity (man-days per month). Activities are planned and prioritized each month according to your goals, current needs and available time budget. Advertising spend is separate. GrowSaaS also offers ready-to-go packages for specific marketing needs, including SEO, GEO, performance marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, starting at €1,250 per month.

No. Advertising spend is separate from GrowSaaS management fees. Your total campaign budget therefore needs to cover both the agency’s work and the media budget paid to advertising platforms. This distinction applies when comparing packages or planning a campaign.

Yes. GrowSaaS offers one-time projects, such as marketing strategies, website SEO audits and AI visibility reports, alongside monthly packages. A one-time project can provide a defined analysis or roadmap; ongoing support covers continued implementation, measurement and optimization.

Yes. The published packages provide a starting point and can be adapted to your objectives, internal resources and budget. The proposal should specify deliverables, responsibilities, reporting and any additional costs so you can assess the complete scope before committing.

The right budget depends on your growth targets, target market, competition, sales cycle and existing marketing assets. Agency fees, advertising spend and production requirements should be considered together. In the initial conversation, we discuss these factors to help define an appropriate scope.

The applicable contract length depends on the agreed service and engagement model. Check the proposal for the minimum term, cancellation notice and renewal conditions. A one-time strategy or audit has a different scope from an ongoing marketing retainer.

No. Advertising spend is separate from GrowSaaS management fees. Your total campaign budget therefore needs to cover both the agency’s work and the media budget paid to advertising platforms. This distinction applies when comparing packages or planning a campaign.

4. Getting started & working together

The initial conversation introduces both teams and explores your goals, requirements and current situation. It helps establish whether GrowSaaS is a suitable partner and which services may be relevant. If there is a fit, the next step is a proposal with deliverables and timeframes.

A short overview of your product, target customers, markets, current marketing activities and main challenge is a useful starting point. If available, bring your objectives, approximate budget and existing performance data. You do not need a complete marketing brief to begin the conversation.

After the proposal is approved, GrowSaaS organizes the agreed work into tasks, responsibilities and deadlines. A shared project workspace supports collaboration and feedback, while a designated contact coordinates progress and helps identify dependencies or bottlenecks.

GrowSaaS uses shared project tools and scheduled review calls to make work and progress visible. Depending on the engagement, meetings may take place weekly, biweekly or monthly. The collaboration setup defines how your team provides input, reviews deliverables and approves work.

GrowSaaS considers client preferences when organizing collaboration. Where no preferred setup exists, the agency uses digital tools for project management, meetings, communication and document sharing. The aim is to establish a practical workflow for both teams.

5. Content, demand generation & lead generation

Yes. GrowSaaS creates lead magnets such as whitepapers, ebooks, checklists and decision guides for B2B audiences. We align the asset with a specific buyer challenge and its role in the customer journey, including how it will be promoted and what should happen after download.

Demand generation builds awareness, understanding and interest in a solution. Lead generation converts interest into identifiable contacts or enquiries. GrowSaaS connects both through educational content, targeted distribution, landing pages and follow-up communication, depending on the campaign objective.

Yes. GrowSaaS develops content strategies that connect audience needs, business objectives, topics, formats and distribution channels. A core asset can support several touchpoints—for example, a whitepaper supported by blog articles, LinkedIn posts, email content and a dedicated landing page.

Yes. GrowSaaS supports email marketing and marketing automation to develop existing contacts. Follow-up content can address the lead’s interests, answer evaluation questions and introduce a relevant next step, such as a product demo or consultation.

Yes. GrowSaaS creates content for SaaS, IT and other products that require explanation. Formats include expert articles, case studies, whitepapers and landing pages. The focus is translating product capabilities into information that helps specific buyers understand use cases and assess suitability.

6. SEO, GEO & AI visibility

SEO improves a website’s discoverability in search engines. GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, focuses on visibility in AI-generated answers. LLM optimization addresses how content and company information can be understood and surfaced by systems using large language models. These activities overlap and should support a coherent content strategy.

Yes. GrowSaaS offers GEO and LLM visibility services, including content optimization, topic and entity research, citation opportunity analysis and visibility monitoring. The objective is to improve the discoverability and usefulness of your company information across relevant AI search experiences.

The AI Visibility Report examines whether selected AI systems mention or recommend your company and how competitors appear in the assessed responses. It provides a starting point for understanding visibility gaps and prioritizing further work. Findings should be interpreted in the context of the questions and systems tested.

No. Search engines and AI platforms determine which sources they display. GrowSaaS can improve content, technical foundations and visibility measurement, but cannot guarantee a particular ranking, citation or recommendation. Results depend on factors beyond an agency’s direct control.

7. Performance, market entry & evidence

Yes. GrowSaaS supports strategy, campaign creation, tracking, management and optimization for B2B paid advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The channel mix depends on your audience, objectives and budget, with campaigns designed around relevant conversion actions.

GrowSaaS measures performance against the objectives agreed for the engagement. Relevant metrics can include qualified enquiries, demo requests, signups, conversion rates and acquisition costs. Channel metrics such as clicks or impressions provide context, while commercial outcomes help assess the contribution to business growth.

Timing depends on the channel, starting point and desired outcome. Paid campaigns can generate traffic after launch, but need data and optimization before their effectiveness can be assessed. Organic content and SEO usually require a longer evaluation period. No single timeline applies to every campaign or business.

Yes. GrowSaaS supports SaaS and IT companies entering Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Go-to-market work can cover target buyers, competitive analysis, positioning, pricing and distribution, alongside local marketing execution. The scope depends on your product and market-entry requirements.

Yes. GrowSaaS provides PR and B2B communications services, particularly for the German-speaking market. Services include press releases, expert articles, case studies, interviews, media relations and editorial planning to communicate your expertise and support brand credibility.
